Design assumptions:
1. The gas bottle lifting cage is design to accommodate 6 cylinders (125kg each)
2. The gas bottle lifting cage is not design to carry personnel
3. The tare weight of the cage is 200kg
4. The gas bottle lifting cage is to be maintained as per AS4991 Lifting Devices
5. Ensure the gas bottles are securely strapped to the frame
6. Ensure the gate is securely attached to the cage
7. Ensure the gas bottle lifting cage is level when lifting

TEAM will issue Structural Check Certificate based on submission of:
* dimension check sheet
* material certificates supplied for all items
* welder qualification records
* NDT report for item
* photos of manufactured item prior to paint and after paint
This service is only available if agreed prior to construction and set milestones and requirements are met.

Additional licence to manufacture items are 10% of purchase price per additional item.
